Olay: Easy Open Lid

How does Olay build a more inclusive beauty industry?


We partnered with influencers with disabilities to co-create and drive awareness of the beauty brand’s accessible packaging. Influencers were brought in during the research and development phase to experience and test the lid. The women provided their open and honest feedback to help inform future developments. The result was available on Olay’s most popular product jars, and the design was shared widely with the industry, leading the conversation and pledging to make packaging more accessible by 2025.
