The ideal candidate can:

• Shape and develop media plans by crafting accurate, creative, defendable, well thought out media plans.
• Be accountable for accuracy and quality of assignments by checking details of all media plans/buys, budget related documents, time sensitive deadlines and other projects of self and assistant planner. Provides fully proofed assignments in client ready format to Media Supervisor for review as needed.
• Analyze, select, provide well thought out recommendations on plans and projects.
• National planning experience needed
• Understand and challenge media conventions.
• Supervise assistant planners and interns with the objective of developing their professionalism and media expertise.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for the client and presents to Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with extensive local media experience

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for handling all areas of accounts payable including but not limited to setting up vendors, posting invoices, and processing disbursements to vendors and employees. 

Job Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of hands on accounts payable experience in a mid to large company with high volume
• Ability to setup new vendors, enter vendor invoices, cut checks and reconcile statements
• Professionally deal with vendor calls and analyze accounts
• Organized and able to multi task
• Available to work flexible hours
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Prior advertising related experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Some general ledger experience preferred
• Resides in greater Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale area as relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with  client to define overarching strategic direction for the social account and communicate to internal stakeholders (ECD, Sr. COG, Content Director, Analytics)

We are looking for a Social Supervisor to join our team in Boulder.  This person will lead strategy implementation and planning for designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Work alongside the Director to help define overarching strategic vision and plan for assigned accounts
• Manage initial brand and/or competitive audit
• Lead ongoing brand audits to identify key business opportunities and help optimize ongoing strategic vision
• Lead day-to-day strategy implementation for brand programming and campaign integration and align with overall strategic vision established by the Director
• Lead creation of strategic programming approach for accounts to align with overall vision

The Creative Director will be responsible for creative operations for all assigned client accounts, including staff supervision and work production.  Communicate and create overall design vision for all media (including interactive, traditional, experiential, social, etc.) by defining the direction and goals for the creative team; be accountable for all design and copy quality of all media design projects; and direct, conceptualize, and execute creative material for clients.  Oversee creative staff, including copywriters, and consult with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations.
