ALL-AGENCY Internships

Interns have been helping to make CP+B great from the beginning. They provide energy, enthusiasm, and talent, three things that fuel the agency.

We offer exciting internship opportunities in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, and sunny Miami, Florida. You can choose from many departments including: Content Management (Account Services), Cultural and Business Insights (Account Planning), Message Planning and Analytics (Media), Integrated Production-Video, Interactive Production, Interactive-Technical (Programmers, Developers, Quality Assurance), Interactive- Creative, or Creative.

TO APPLY: You must be a senior in your program. Please submit a cover letter, listing the top three departments and the office location (Boulder or Miami) you are interested in, and a resume to internships@cpbgroup.com by the deadlines provided below for each semester.

NOTE: If you are applying for an internship in the Creative Department (including Interactive-Creative), please read the CREATIVE DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIPS section (below).

CREATIVE DEPARTMENT Internships

A Creative internship at CP+B is 12 weeks of hard labor, intense concepting, and occasional sleep. That's why we want only the best and the brightest to apply for our Creative internship program. The Art Directors who can Photoshop a comp in under a minute and the writers who weave words with wonderful alliteration and say what's been said a thousand times before in a fresh and inventive way. The Interactives who first break all the rules then go off and write new ones and the Product Designers who can build a 22nd-century creation with the 21st's knowledge.
