VOLKSWAGEN CARFESSIONAL

The Carfessional is a 2007 VW Rabbit transformed into a “confessional booth”. A video camera, touch-screen monitor and lights were installed in the Rabbit “confessional booth” so that owners, VW enthusiasts, and event-goers could sit inside the vehicle and be videotaped for 2 minutes talking about anything they wanted. Some talked about the event they were at, some spoke about their VW, etc. At the end of the experience, a digital photo was taken of whoever in the car – photo booth style – and was emailed to the user. The video that played in the Carfessional was narrated by Dr. Keller from the GTI DVD. The video was quite funny and most people came out laughing. The Carfessional crisscrossed the country last year and made several appearances at VW owner enthusiasts events.
