Just as Coke Zero stole the taste of Coke, Sue A Friend allows visitors to sue friends who might be infringing upon THEIR personal taste. Sue a friend lets users select from 27 different Taste Infringement acts ranging from “getting the same tattoo” to “using the same pick up lines”. You can then select legal representation, from firms such as “Gehtyn Yohrs & Associates”, that will take legal action for your case. Users get to fill in fields with their friends’ name and email addresses, and preview the legal letter that will be sent. The email sent advises of a Cease and Desist for stealing their taste, otherwise legal action may be threatened. Friends receiving the legal threat view an HTML letter on the law firms company letterhead, with a link to CokeZero.com, where they can view more of the Coke vs. Coke Zero Taste Infringement Case.
